The Mikawa Yatsubusa Japanese Maple is a beautiful and popular cultivar. It is known for its compact size and dense, bushy growth habit. The leaves of the Mikawa Yatsubusa are typically small and deeply lobed, with a vibrant green color that turns a stunning red in the fall. This variety is perfect for small gardens or containers, as it stays relatively small and compact. This dwarf selection only reaches 3-4ft in 10 years, growing at a mere 4" a year until maturity.
