Monrovia® Red Dragon Hibiscus is an upright tender tropical shrub treated as an annual with toothed foliage and large, intensely red ruffled double flowers with showy extended stamen.  Outside plants in their zones will flower year-round or till frost, while indoor plants bloom through summer.  Grows best with full sun and rich, moist well drained soils.
