Indian Grass is a warm-season native grass with upright slender blue-green leaves which turns orange-yellow in fall and maintains some color in winter. Panicles of feathery light brown flowers rise high above the foliage on stems in late summer to fall and mature to bronze and fade to grey which persists through winter.
