Defiance Coleus is a tender shade-loving evergreen perennial treated as an annual primarily for its dramatic foliage.  The ruffled foliage with pointed tips is bright red with bright yellow edges.  Its late summer bloom is non showy and is often removed to maintain foliage display.  Best color in part sun and moist, loose well-drained soils.  Tolerates full sun.
