Scarlet Bells Hong Kong Rose is a large evergreen flowering shrub or small tree with a pyramidal habit and deep green foliage. The attractive bell-like flower clusters are rosy pink to scarlet red and bloom from mid winter to mid spring. Prefers partial sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. Scarlet Bells has improved cold tolerance.
