- Site Analysis: An on-site consultation or virtual review to assess the landscape's conditions, such as soil quality, sunlight, and drainage, to ensure the design is customized to the property’s needs.
- Custom Design: A detailed planting plan created by ServeScape’s landscape designers, incorporating aesthetic goals, plant pairings, and functional use of the space. The design focuses on elements like color schemes, plant layers (trees, shrubs, groundcover), and the overall flow of the landscape.
- Sustainability Focus: Recommendations for native and drought-tolerant plants that promote biodiversity and water conservation. Higher-tier packages offer more complex designs, potentially integrating edible landscapes or permaculture principles.
- Includes: A planting plan, a $1,500 credit towards plants, and a $1,500 credit towards for installation. Plant layout upon delivery and final walk through with your ServeScape designer.
- Excludes: Project packages do not include hardscape elements like stone, concrete, irrigation and drainage but can be priced separately. Additional site prep may be needed to ensure the site is ready to receive a landscape installation.
