Description
Monrovia® Twinkle Blue Balloon Flower is a dwarf clump-forming perennial with toothed blue-green foliage. The flower buds puff up like balloons before opening to large indigo flowers that bloom from early spring through summer. Grows best with rich, loamy well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. As the root system is delicate, it is best to not transplant the plant after it has established. Root rot may occur in overly moist soils. Watch for slugs and snails.
