Felix Hazelnut is a multi-trunked compact deciduous tree with an upright rounded crown and a late season pollinizer that produces nuts with good quality kernel. The showy red male flowers bloom on catkins in late winter into spring before the leaves come in. Grows best in rich, moist, well-drained soils. Felix can produce 20+lbs of nuts and has high resistance to Filbert Blight.
