Amethyst Redbud is a beautiful dwarf tree with a rounded crown and a stunning spring display of amethyst pink flowers on bare branches in spring. The heart shaped foliage emerges burgundy and deepen to a purple that holds well in heat, with some purple still gracing the foliage in summer. Thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil.
